Ingredients

For The Filling

3 cups blueberries
Half teaspoon lavender flowers
1 cup cranberries
3/4 cup of sugar

Crumble Topping

1-1/2 cups crushed oatmeal graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Let's Get Cooking

Set the oven to 350 degrees F, whilst the oven is warming up add the cranberries, blueberries, lavender flowers and sugar into a bowl and mix well.

Once the ingredients are combined pour the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

Next, add together the crushed crackers, melted butter, brown sugar and sliced almonds in a bowl. Once mixed crumble the ingredients over the top of the filling.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, the filling should be bubbling. Take out of the oven and leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before dishing up.

Serves around 6 - 8 portions
