Coed Shower BBQ Recipe Ideas

A couple's baby shower goes hand in hand with the BBQ season, especially in those warm summer months. So I thought it would be a great idea to add a couple of fun BBQ recipes. They are really easy to cook and I'm sure the men would love to give them a whirl.

Coed Shower - Chicken BBQ Marinade

4 splashes of Tabasco

2 tsp chilli powder

2 tbsp soft brown sugar

2 tbsp Worcester sauce

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

2 tbsp wine vinegar

5 tbsp water

Put the Tabasco, chilli powder and brown sugar in a large dish and mix all the ingredients together. Slowly stir in the Worcester sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and water. Leave the chicken to marinade for 4 hours.

Once done, transfer the chickens to the grill and allow to cook. Brush frequently with the marinade mixture. They taste great.

Coed Shower - Chicken Cola Surprise

Put chicken legs or wings or both into a saucepan. Cover the chicken with full fat coke (not diet) coke. Bring the pan to the boil and allow to simmer until the coke is reduced to a syrup consistency.

Place the syrup covered chicken on the barbecue and allow to cook through.

This ia a yummy treat that tastes fab and works well for a coed shower party.
